Broken heart

We’ve all heard of a broken heart killing someone, mostly on dramatic doctor shows but they say it happens. Can a broken heart cause you to lose your voice? I know that’s a stretch even for me. My first love left me was stolen, willingly was stolen, but stolen, it's complicated. But when is it not. They were cruel, my heart was shattered. It's not consolable. Those 5 stages of grief I’m in them all day every day over this and I just stay there. Could it be connected I don’t know. This probably one of those, I should have only shared in the book version under my pseudo name.
